Last summer, The Briarcliff Manor had a bunch of absolutely stunning summer weddings with many different themes and decorations. We’d like to highlight a previous wedding from July 2023 of our lovely couple, Kendall and Michael!
To start the day, Kendall and her bridesmaids took their getting ready photos on our second floor in their matching, lightweight, blue pajamas!
Kendall did a first look in her wedding gown with her girls!
The bridesmaids dresses were stunning, silk, and sage green which were perfect and lightweight for the hot, summer weather!
Our bridal suite is the perfect backdrop for your wedding getting ready photos.
Regardless of your wedding theme or floral colors, our neutral and clean aesthetic in our suite will compliment your photos!
While the ladies finished up their final touches, the men relaxed, took their getting ready photos, drank and watched some TV in our groom suite.
Kendall and Michael didn’t do a first look – they opted for a Romeo and Juliet balcony photo overlooking our outdoor ceremony space without seeing each other. They first saw each other at ceremony!
Your summer wedding ceremony will take place in our outdoor ceremony space (weather permitting) with absolutely stunning views of the Hudson River.

Post wedding ceremony, Kendall, Michael, their bridal party and family took additional photoshoots in our outdoor ceremony space before making their way to our outdoor cocktail hour in our side yard.
Regardless of where you take your wedding day photos at The Briarcliff Manor, your photo backdrops will be timeless and elegant!
Summer cocktail hour in our outdoor space is a guest favorite! Enjoy our spacious area with beautifully hung string lights, your selection of delicious passed hors d’oeuvres, food stations, passed wines and champagne, signature cocktails, and a convenient outdoor bar for your guests to enjoy.
A nice bonus to your wedding cocktail hour that we include in your package is adding fruit and citrus to the water station. This touch adds a refreshing taste for your guests to enjoy.
Front steps photoshoots are a must here at The Briarcliff Manor!
During cocktail hour, Kendall and Michael snuck away for some beautiful portraits of just the two of them on our front steps and near our fountain.
Your summer wedding reception will be held inside in our grand ballroom.
You can decorate our space how you’d like which includes table pieces, candles, table numbers and additional decor.
To match the bouquets, boutineers and ceremony florals; Kendall and Michael had stunning white and green table centerpieces with stem floating candles and tea light candles for additional beauty.
In front of our stone fireplace will be your sweetheart table.
Our stone fireplace adds a touch of elegance to the background of your wedding photos.
Our lovely couple’s sweetheart table was surrounded by florals from their ceremony!
Our professional wedding tip is to re-use your florals from ceremony to help decorate your sweetheart table and reception space.
The last big event of the evening is your grand entrance (unless you choose to do a grand exit of course!) and our iron cast doors are perfect to help make your entrance spectacular!
Your grand entrance will lead right into your first dance which then gets the dance floor started!
Our dance floor is located within the middle of your reception space, which helps invite your guests to join you and creates a welcoming atmosphere!
Your wedding cake will be on display during your reception.
Our in-house decor specialist, Decor by Vincenza, has both silver and gold bases for you to rent or we offer a basic white cake base for you to use when you celebrate with us.
Kendall and Michael’s cake was decorated beautifully with white florals and of course candles to add extra romance to their wedding day.
End your wedding night on the dance floor!
Our lovely bride, Kendall, changed into her ‘After Party’ dress to dance the night away before heading to their post wedding after party!
